From Humble Beginnings to Taking Flight
Welcome to Flight Burger, where our passion for exceptional burgers takes flight!
Flight Burger first opened its doors in December 2019. Owner and operator Dallas Miller created the brand after initially attempting to launch as part of a franchise. However, due to financial and operational concerns, he made the decision to create an entirely new brand — Flight Burger.
Our Cuisine
At Flight Burger, we specialize in crafting mouth-watering burgers, chicken sandwiches, and wings that keep our customers coming back for more.
Our menu features unique creations like the Smoky Bacon Jam Burger and the indulgent Anarchy Burger, loaded with a fried egg, a layer of tots, crispy bacon, and two kinds of cheese. Every sandwich on our menu is offered in either the 3 oz slider size or the 6 oz full-size burger. While individual sliders are available, our 3 oz sandwiches are most popular in our signature “flight” options.
Flight Burger offers flights not only of burgers and gourmet-style sandwiches, but also of cheesecakes, milkshakes, craft beers, fruit moscatos, margaritas, and more.
Our wings are known by many as the best wings in Indy — grab them for just $1 each every Wednesday, or enjoy the all-you-can-eat special every Sunday!

More Than Just a Restaurant
In addition to our brick-and-mortar location, we proudly operate a food truck, bringing our delicious burgers to events across the area. While our food truck location varies based on events, we are exploring options for a more stationary presence in Westfield during the summer.
We also offer catering services, providing free delivery for orders over $200 within Hamilton County (contact us for details).
Looking for a venue for your next gathering? Flight Burger offers options for private parties, including patio or dine-in reservations. You can even reserve the entire restaurant for special occasions (a fee applies for Friday and Saturday evenings).
